23. The most durable and easy to use handheld conductivity
instrument
YSI – Pro30 Handheld
The YSI Pro30 is the most durable and easy to use handheld
conductivity instrument to date! The feature set of the Pro30
instrument makes it ideal for use in the field. Utilizing the durable
MS (Military Spec) locking bayonet-style cable connector, the
instrument can accept rugged field cables available in lengths
from 1- to 30-meters. The well designed cable management kit
even makes the use of long cables easy and convenient.
The Pro30 offers a convenient fast Cal feature that remembers
the previous settings and walks you through the calibration
routine. This feature, along with others like user replaceable
cables, simplifies operation and saves you time and money.
The rugged, 4-electrode conductivity sensor is built right into the
cable and provides accurate data for conductivity, specific
conductance, salinity and total dissolved solids (TDS).
24. In-situ Sensor Convenience, with the power of an analyzer!
Mettler Toledo – Gpro 500 TDL Series for Oxygen Measurement
METTLER TOLEDO Process Analytics is proud to announce the global release of its Tunable
Diode Laser (TDL) system for Oxygen Measurement. The GPro 500 represents a leap forward
in oxygen analysis. Packed with state-of-the-art technology it offers exceptional measuring
performance and easy installation, and requires little or no maintenance. TDL gas analyzers
are a significant improvement over extractive analysis systems. Firstly, no sample extraction
or conditioning is necessary. Secondly, they are immune to interference from background
gases, and very tolerant to high moisture and dust environments. And thirdly, they exhibit
very low drift.
Unique Probe design for one-flange
installation
METTLER TOLEDO has combined TDL
technology with their expertise in
industrial application analytical
instrument design, to create a probe
that delivers the convenience of an in-
line sensor and the level of
measurement confidence of a top line
analyzer.
Other TDL gas solutions are of a cross-stack design, meaning that the receiver must be
positioned directly opposite the laser source. This causes installation difficulties and requires
regular, troublesome realignment. The GPro 500 incorporates a probe that reflects the laser
beam back to the receiver in the sensor head, therefore alignment is never required. And
because the laser beam travels twice through the gas stream, the optical path length is
doubled, resulting in more accurate O2 measurement.
